Mental Health ScreenerReq : Category:Behavioral and Mental Health Status:Full-Time Shift:Day Facility:Trinitas Regional Medical Center Department:S-Cope Grant Location: New Point Campus, Wall, Wall, NJ 07719 Job Overview: Our Statewide Clinical Outreach Program for the Elderly S-COPE looks to promote the most efficient use of acute care services and long-term psychiatric services for our clients. In collaboration with the facilities we interface with, the goal is to develop expertise in promoting the quality of life, wellness, and dignity of each resident. As an S-COPE clinician, the objective is to equip the staff of the residential facilities with tools to effectively manage behavioral issues in place. The role of the MA Clinician is to provide education to screening centers, psychiatric inpatient units, and long-term care settings on how to access services.
