Responsibilities:
Conduct dual diagnosis assessments and provide tailored treatment recommendations.
Collaborate with clients to develop and review treatment goals regularly.
Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling services in line with ethical standards.
Connect clients with essential treatment services and referral sources.
Advocate for clients to ensure their treatment needs are met.
Participate in clinical staffing and consult with supervisors on high-risk clients.

Requirements:
Licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy Board as an LSW, LPC, or LMFT.
Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, or a master's degree in counseling or related field eligible for licensure.
Training and experience in substance use and mental health.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive various vehicles.
Subject to pre-employment background checks and periodic drug screenings.
