Mental Health Counselor

Job Description: Licensed Therapist/Counselor

A leading Substance Abuse and Mental Health organization is looking to add a Mental Health Therapist or Counselor to their dynamic NJ team that is rapidly growing.
You will help provide patients with the treatment they need while still maintaining their daily lives during their recovery.
You will utilize your knowledge and experience to determine the right combination of therapies for each patient.

Responsibilities:
Complete intakes and orientation.
Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and help develop treatment plans.
Conduct individual patient sessions.
Facilitate group sessions with patients.
Address concerns and provide case management.
Guide prospective patients and their families as requested.
Complete documentation for each patient's record.

Qualifications:
Must be licensed in NJ with one of the following: LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW.
Must have experience with assessments and individual counseling.
Experience with conducting group sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
