What will I be doing?
- Manage and maintain THL Client Roster for the office including but not limited to: assigning Health Link clients to Health Link Coordinators, monitoring CANS/ANSA and care plans for timely updates, monitoring for timely mental health appointments and face-to-face visits, etc.
- Assist Program Director and Clinical Supervisor with Payer audits quarterly
Attend and participate in weekly THL Team meetings to review caseloads, clinical documentation, review admissions/discharges, etc.
-Will report regularly to leadership to receive support and guidance in providing needed services.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required with preference to human service fields or other health related discipline. Experience with case management and work with children and families preferred.
