Mental Health Associate Responsibilities + Engages with program participants directly within their community based settings (including home, work, or school) + Gathers information about parti related to their interests, skills, experience, needs and current supports + Creates and implements treatment plans for participants + Completes service authorizations for participants + Submits progress notes after each visit with participant + Encourages and assists program participants in achieving their goals Work Schedule: 40 hours, flexible schedule to include weekend availability The Arc Wayne Benefits + Health, Dental, Vision Insurance + 403(b) Retirement Plan with Company Match + Paid Vacation and Sick Time + Paid Holidays + Life Insurance + Long-term Disability Insurance + Tuition Assistance + Employee Assistance Program Mental Health Associate Minimum Qualifications: + At least 18 years of age and have High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Children's mental health, addiction, foster care, and/or a related human services field or + 1-3 Years of relevant working experience working with individuals with Substance Abuse Disorders or Serious Mental Health or + Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or in related human services field. + Must possess a current, valid NYS driver's license that meets Agency Driver Standards.
