Membership Coordinator
About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client has been advocating for conserving and enjoying our country's incredible natural resources for almost 100 years.
- Due to growth, they are looking to hire a self-motivated Membership Coordinator.
- This position is temporary and can go permanent for the right candidate.
- Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8a-5p.
- Pay Rate: $24-26/hr depending on experience.
- Position is 100% in office in Gaithersburg, MD and free parking is available.

Overview of the Membership Coordinator role:
- Managing the membership processing - billing, data entry of dues, renewal notices, etc.
- Customer service with members answering any questions/concerns they have
- Database management - updating member information, extract data for reports
- Ad hoc reporting/projects - admin related
Preferred Qualifications for the Membership Coordinator role:
- 3-5 years of membership experience
- Non-profit experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office and Members Only experience is preferred
- Proficient in Excel
