Member Service Representative

Summary :

• Our client, one of the largest Credit Unions, is seeking several individuals to join their team as Member Services Representatives. This position is in Winchester, Virginia and will require candidates to be located locally to train on site and work in a hybrid model after training. This position is based in a call center environment, where Member Service Representatives answer inbound calls and assist members with general account questions through various channel including phone, chat, and email.
