We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Member Relations and Event Planner to manage all aspects of membership, exhibits, sponsorships, and administrative duties for a portfolio of professional association clients. This is a remote, part-time position with some travel required for annual conferences and meetings. Responsibilities
- Process new member applications and renewals, including invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain accurate membership databases and records across all systems
- Provide membership reports and metrics to association leadership
- Manage new member onboarding and welcome communications
- Coordinate all exhibitor and sponsor sales, contracts, payments and logistics
- Create exhibitor prospectuses and manage online registration
- Assign booth locations and sponsorship benefits
- Act as main point of contact for exhibitors leading up to events
- Assist with conference/meeting logistics - venue, registration, attendee resources
- Coordinate onsite staff requirements and prepare attendee materials
- Manage scholarship program - promotions, application process, awards
- Update client databases and systems with payment and contact information
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and board meeting support
- Manage email communications and general association mailings
Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- 3-5 years
Salary: $27.00 per hour
