Medical Technologists

Pay Range: $25.58-$40.61 Hourly Wage offered depends on job-related experience, knowledge, and skills. Work under supervision of the Medical Laboratory Director to assay samples of body fluids & substances to provide data for use in treatment & diagnosis of diseases. Organize & prioritize lab requests to accommodate stated turn-around times & time-sensitive samples. Adhere to QC policies & procedures, including instrument & procedural calibrations, maintenance performance, & documentation of all activities. Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results, correct problems encountered &/or notify lab leadership. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biological Sciences or Physical Sciences. ASCP or AMT certified.
