Requirements This job requires you to possess critical thinking skills, Make decisive judgments. Work with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal communication skills Maintain an appropriate manner and conduct. Perform keyboard skills, invasive procedures, etc., Hand-eye coordination. You must be able to concentrate on fine details despite constant interruptions. It is essential to attend to a task for more than 60 minutes and maintain focus even when relating to specific ideas multiple times. You must have the ability to recall tasks/assignments at the beginning of a period extending several days. Minimum Requirements Associate Degree High school diploma or equivalent required Proof of technical training or Vocational training Basic Life Support (BLS) is required at hire One year experience in a clinical laboratory as a technologist, hospital environment needed.
