HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Technologist to fill an opening in Beckley, WV.
Daily Responsibilities for Medical Technologist: Conducts meticulous laboratory analysis and quality control assessments based on precise criteria.
- Executes designated laboratory procedures within a specified section.
- Ensures procedural integrity through rigorous quality control measures and oversees equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Manages equipment upkeep and calibration while upholding workspace hygiene standards.
- Undertakes sample collections, administrative tasks, and clerical duties.
- Manages order placement and result documentation within laboratory information systems.
- Provides tailored patient care aligned with the age-specific needs of individuals served.
- Shift: Multiple Shift Options
Required Qualifications for Medical Technologist: - Bachelor's Degree
- Must be Registered with ASCP
- WV State Lab tech licensure or ability to attain licensure prior to hire
