We present a compelling opportunity for a Medical Software Application Engineer based in our Plymouth, Michigan office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting hospitals by implementing 3D printing operations through the utilization of Materialise software. What you will do Deliver exceptional technical support to customers and evaluators Collaborate with the sales team during customer visits to deliver compelling technical demonstrations Facilitate training classes for customers to enhance their understanding and utilization of our products Showcase technical expertise at trade shows to engage and assist attendees effectively Rigorously test and support software throughout development to ensure optimal performance and functionality Conduct engaging presentations for both small and large audiences, effectively communicating key product features and benefits Your profile Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, demonstrating a solid educational foundation Preferably, 2 to 3 years of experience with Mimics or other 3D modeling software, showcasing proficiency in this domain Additionally, 2 to 3 years of experience with 3D printing technology is preferred, indicating a strong background in this innovative field You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, essential for effective collaboration and issue resolution You demonstrate a self-starter mentality with a sales-oriented approach, showcasing an innate drive for success Organized and self-motivated, adept at managing tasks efficiently and working independently to achieve objectives Location and type of contract Plymouth, USA Full-time Hybrid Entry level Working at Materialise Materialise is a dynamic, international high-tech company, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Belgium, with over 2,300 employees worldwide.
