Medical Records Clerk

Responsibilities:
Sort and file patient demographic forms with care and attention to detail
Retrieve patient demographic forms promptly when requested
Manage incoming faxes, E.R records, and other documents for multiple offices
Cross-train and assist in various processes as needed

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of equivalent working experience in medical records
Familiarity with computer applications and the ability to learn new systems
Must have excellent communication skills
Bilingual in English/Spanish ( a plus.)
