Job Details:
We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice defense, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal representation to clients in medical malpractice, general liability defense, and personal injury defense cases.
  • Conduct thorough and meticulous case preparation including drafting pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial motions.
  • Take the lead in courtroom proceedings, including trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Collaborate with our team of professionals to develop defense strategies and negotiate settlements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and consultation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest legal precedents, regulations, and rulings that may affect the outcome of cases.
  • Foster a positive, ethical, and professional work environment that encourages collaboration and mutual respect.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney, specifically in medical malpractice defense, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Proven track record of successful litigation, including trials and settlements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also able to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and software.
