POSITION SUMMARY: Performs, interprets and evaluates routine and complex diagnostic procedures applying the principles, theories and techniques of Medical laboratory sciences. EDUCATION/TRAINING: Bachelor degree in a chemical, physical, biological or medical laboratory science. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Certification (Medical Lab Science, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Banking, Molecular Biology) by the board of American Society of Clinical Pathologists or similar agency.
