We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Director Medical Doctor to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to lead our medical team and ensure the highest standard of patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical facility, ensuring compliance with all medical protocols, and providing top-notch primary care to our patients. This role requires a deep understanding of medical knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to medical education.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring that medical services are in line with the latest research and standards.
2. Lead and manage our team of medical professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
3. Ensure compliance with all medical and health regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
4. Develop and implement medical policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
5. Provide primary care to our patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate patient care.
7. Continually advance your medical knowledge and expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
8. Promote and facilitate medical education, mentoring junior doctors and medical staff.
9. Participate in budget planning and management for the medical department.
10. Act as a liaison between the medical team and the management, communicating effectively on all matters affecting patient care and medical services.

Qualifications

1. Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
2. Board Certification in a recognized specialty.
3. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a medical leadership role.
4. Proven experience in patient care, leadership, medical knowledge, medical compliance, primary care, and medical education.
5. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
7. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex medical information to patients and staff.
8. In-depth knowledge of medical procedures, policies, and regulations.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
11. Proficient in using medical software and technology.
12. A patient-focused approach, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality care.
