Adecco Medical is seeking a dedicated and passionate Medical Director to join our clients team in Syracuse, NY
Shift:Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base compensation of $325,000
- Opportunity to participate in incentive program(s).

- 4 weeks paid vacation with 8 days paid personal leave plus accumulated sick leave.

Requirements:- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or medicine/pediatrics.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in NYS.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in primary care practice.
- Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong interest in integrated care models and experience working collaboratively with behavioral health providers preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive innovation, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and advocating for the needs of underserved populations.
- Seeing children: Currently serving children, ages 12+. However, comfortable seeing children from birth+ is a huge plus.
