Are you a physician who is eager to take your career to the next level? If so, TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a family medicine (FM), internal medicine (IM), or geriatric trained physician to join our post-acute care team as a facility medical director of a skilled nursing facility in Humboldt, TN.

TeamHealth post-acute care is built around a team that coordinates inpatient primary care and behavioral healthcare in an integrated care model in more than 2,300 locations nationwide and that cares for patients at 215+ facilities throughout Tennessee. But most importantly, it's built around you.

We ask that you be board certified or board eligible with a current Tennessee medical license and DEA. Post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.

Target patient rounding is 1 day per week.
