As a designated regional referral center Trinity Regional Medical Center offers a wide range of primary and secondary care services. Trinity is accredited by DNV Healthcare Inc. and has achieved Pathway to Excellence designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Established team of physicians and advanced practitioners serving Fort Dodge and the surrounding communities Community Trauma Center Life Flight 24/7 Cardiac Cath Services 24/7 Hospitalist Program 24/7 No Call New fully equipped Emergency Department Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities Full-time position: .25 FTE dedicated to administrative duties = 36 hours per month .75 FTE dedicated to clinical practice = nine 12 hour shifts per month Average of patients/day = 60 Annual visit volume = 20,000 Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified Leadership experience Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver sponsorship available We Offer Attractive compensation and incentive package A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
