Title: Front and Back Office Medical Assistant for Otolaryngology Clinic

We are seeking a Front and Back Office Medical Assistant to join our team. You will assist in the clinic at our San Pedro, CA location.

Medical Assistant Duties :

FRONT OFFICE
Welcome patients, process patient intake forms and schedule appointments
Complete full cycle patient registration which include: collecting insurance and identification documents, verifying patient eligibility, communicating fees, and collecting payments

BACK OFFICE
Room and take patient vitals
Review medical history
Assist the provider with patient care
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Medical Assistant certificate.
Scribe Experience
