Medical Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at our clinic in Minneapolis, MN in a direct full-time position.

Pay: $20-$26 hour (based on amount of experience)

Shift: 7:00am to 5pm (40 hours/week, 10 hour shifts.)

M,TU,TH,FRI schedule OR M,W,TH,FRI schedule available

Certified Medical Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative help such as answering phones.
Assist with prescription refills.
Perform phlebotomy duties.
Collection of lab specimen.

Certified Medical Assistant Job Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent (i.e. GED) required
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required AND on the job experience or training OR participation in a registration program conducted by an accredited by a national health services organization, such as American Medical Technologists, and passing the credentialing exam.
Medical Assistant certification
EPIC or similar EMR experience
Current BLS certification
Previous experience in a clinical setting required

Pay: $21.88 - $26.35 per hour
