We are in search of a dynamic, seasoned Mechanical Project Manager to join our fast-growing construction team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a diverse range of mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on construction, and a proven track record in project management. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on budgeting.

Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and all other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of project progress, changes, and updates.
4. Ensure that all mechanical construction projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
5. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
6. Review and approve project designs and deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
7. Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
9. Conduct regular project reviews and create detailed reports for upper management.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical construction industry.
3. Proven experience in project budgeting and financial management.
