Mechanical Engineer with Security Clearance

ASRC Federal Cyber is seeking a Mechanical Engineer at Fort Greely, Alaska. Responsibilities: Designs, plans mechanical engineering projects such as power plants HVAC systems Environmental Control Units and chillers. Analyzes maps, blueprints and drawings. Calculates cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, applying engineering and advanced mathematic principles. Inspects construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering specifications. Interpret manuals, drawings, and documents. Redline drawings and update the Government FSOMM system. Requirements: BS/BA in Engineering or related field or equivalent years of experience 5-7 years of directly related work experience. Must maintain a valid US driver's license. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Must possess strong computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office products. Proficiency in speaking and writing in the English language to effectively conduct business with industry and Government. Ability to handle interactions with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
