Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
2. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance of machinery.
3. Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic systems and pneumatics, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
4. Use CAD software to design and implement solutions for mechanical issues.
5. Operate PLC to control, troubleshoot, and maintain automated systems.
6. Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
7. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
8. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
9. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
10. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience in equipment maintenance, technical understanding, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and mechanical skills.
3. Solid experience in working with CAD and PLC.
4. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and pneumatics.
5. Strong understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
6. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
9. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
10. Relevant trade school certification or associate's degree in mechanical systems, or a related field is preferred.
