Project Leadership: Capability to lead large industrial projects, ensuring both innovation and precision.

Communication Skills: Excellence in conveying complex technical concepts and collaborating within a team.

Mentorship Ability: Eagerness to train and mentor young engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering projects in major process areas like spray booth, oven, and abatement systems.

Perform intricate calculations for system design, including utility load requirements and equipment sizing.

Develop detailed mechanical sequences, technical RFQs, and subcontractor SOWs for procurement.

Ensure the integration of safety and efficiency in all engineering processes.
