Job Details

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Solidworks, Handling design based projects from concept to completion, and GD&T. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving our processes and products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure the highest quality standards are met and that our products are manufactured efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new products and manufacturing processes using Solidworks.
  • Conduct research and development to improve existing products and processes.
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for production.
  • Collaborate with production team to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
  • Perform testing and analysis to ensure products meet design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical problems related to manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Solidworks and GD&T.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
