Mechanical Designer

Duties will include:

Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and design mechanical components and systems

Create detailed 2D and 3D models using SolidWorks

Perform calculations and analysis to ensure the functionality and efficiency of mechanical designs

Generate technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly

Conduct design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements

Assist in the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all mechanical designs

Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm, overtime on Friday as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Designer or similar role

Proficiency in SolidWorks, minimum 2 years of experience

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Data entry / Documentation experience

Microsoft Office Experience

Salary:

$80,000 - $95,000
