Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Mentor new designers in SolidWorks and machine design practices.
- Produce quality designs within set schedules and budgets.
- Provide necessary support documents to the controls department.
- Adhere to OSHA, ANSI, customer, and company standards.
- Perform calculations and analyze customer prints.
- Develop concept drawings and comprehensive documentation.
- Select materials and components meeting specifications.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Assist in design reviews and prepare documentation.
- Support mechanical commissioning efforts.
- Travel as needed for sales and project support.
- Conduct FEA analysis to ensure system reliability.
