MDS COORDINATOR, REGISTERED NURSE (RN)/LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS: - MUST HAVE an active Registered Nurse ( RN ) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Certification in Florida
- MDS and Quality Measure experience Required
- Must have great customer service skills
- Skilled Nursing Experience (Preferred)
