Experience of the MDS Coordinator / RN or LPN (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse)
Interested candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a MDS Coordinator.
Requirements of the MDS Coordinator / RN or LPN (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse)
Currently licensed as an RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the State of Florida
Possesses excellent clinical records assessment and documentation skills
Current CPR
