MDS Coordinator - Archbold Living Pelham Position Description Education Requirements: Graduate of a school of Professional Nursing. Licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing. Certification in Basic Life Support. Experience: Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility or other related health care facility. Responsibilities: MDS (Minimum Data Set) administrative functions Collection and review of resident health information to ensure proper treatment plans Coordination of facility restorative program and rehab aides Required Skills: Must demonstrate excellent communication skills. Must demonstrate competency in basic nursing skills. Ability to learn basic computer skills. Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace as essential functions of the job. Honesty and maintaining professional composure in public are important aspects of the job. Physical Demands: Must be in good mental and physical health.
