The multimodality technologist routinely works in 2 or more specialties for which they qualify by licensure and Baptist Health South Florida requirements. The multi-modality technologist must rotate in the department's "on call" schedule where applicable. Estimated pay range for this position is $33.25 - $43.23 / hour depending on experience. Degrees: High School Diploma, Certification, GED, Training, Experience Licenses & Certifications: NMTCB Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Basic Life Support ARRT Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist ARRT Registered Technologist - Vascular-Interventional Radiography ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography ARRT Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology ARRT Registered Technologist - Mammography ARRT Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer Certified Radiologic Technologist ARRT Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging Additional Qualifications: Graduate of an AMA approved program in at least one of the following Primary Eligibility Pathways: Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Medicine Technology, General Sonography, Cardiac Sonography (CCI or ARDMS) or Vascular Sonography (CCI or ARDMS). In addition to the Primary Eligibility Pathway, the Monroe County Multi-Modality Technologist 1 (MCMMT 1) must also practice to the full scope of at least one or more of the Post Primary Pathways. An Additional registry will not be required for Post Primary Pathway unless it required by the State of Florida or Baptist Health South Florida to perform those exams. The following are the Post Primary Pathways: Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Radiology, General Sonography, Vascular Sonography or Cardiac Sonography. Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred. Recent graduates may be considered. Licensure in the applicable modalities as required by the State of Florida. The MCMMT 1 is required to routinely perform studies in both the Primary and Post Primary Pathways. The MCMMT 1 must also participate in at least one of the on-call rotations based on the business need.
