Position Details FM/IM:
- Monday Friday
- No Call no Weekends
- 8 hour Work Day
- Low Volume : 16-18 patients a day
- All ages for FM, 18+ for IM.
- 3 to 6 Month Contract
- EMR: EPIC
- Recent OP Primary Care Experience
- We will assist with Wisconsin Licensure.
30 Day credentialing
