Maternal Fetal Death Prevention Coordinator, Population-Based
This position serves as the Maternal and Fetal Fatality Prevention Coordinator within the Division of Fatality Review and Prevention (FRP). The purpose of this position is to develop and support new and ongoing fatality prevention initiatives to reduce maternal and fetal mortality rates in Indiana. FRP has three components: 1. fatality review, 2. data, and 3. prevention, and this position oversees efforts that fall under each with regard to preventing fatalities in infants and children. This position will focus on the development and implementation of maternal and fetal fatality prevention throughout the state. This position will work closely with state maternal mortality review teams and fetal infant mortality review teams to further implement recommendations.
This position requires travel to meetings statewide and for engagement work in communities.
