OnsiteAs a Lead Technician for the M&PE team, you will work closely with the M&P engineers to support factory production. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting, process improvements, and cost reductions. You will work with production operators, operations management, and quality engineering daily. This role will support the Antenna Integration Factory. You will be the expert on use and programming of the equipment (adhesive dispensers, profilometers, soldering tools, plasma cleaner). The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
