Nesco Resource is hiring for Material Handlers in the Lewisburg Area.
2nd Shift: 1:30pm -10 pm
Pay: $15 per hour
Required Qualifications:
Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill. Duties include stacking boxes, demonstrate quality checks, reading a tape measure, set up a press, machine housekeeping including but not limited to cleaning work area and equipment.
Applicants must be able to work in a team environment and must be available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
Industrial/ Manufacturing or other labor-intensive work experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates must successfully complete pre-employment screenings including a background investigation and drug screen.
Skills Competencies:
- Move or lift heavy objects up to 40lbs
- Maintain production or work records
- Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications
- Clean rooms or work areas
- Adjust production equipment/machinery setup
- Clean equipment or machinery
- Monitor production machinery/equipment operation to detect problems
- Sort manufacturing materials or products
- Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products
- Measure, weigh, or count products or materials
- Perform safety inspections in manufacturing or industrial setting
- Signal directions or warnings to coworkers
- Read and perform tape measurements
