Material Expeditor with Security Clearance

Material Expeditor Salary: $23/hr.

Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Qualifications: High School Diploma 4+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to work 10 hours of weekly overtime
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Responsibilities: Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments.
Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages and alerts proper authorities of potential problems.
Generates progress reports on schedule status and keeps records of completed orders.
Takes appropriate action to expedite materials such as order damaged material repaired or in-house material transportation.
Reports on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications.
Confirming of parts reclamation from discrepancy forms and scrap content. Processing discrepancies for assemblers and program kits with new parts from stock, SMT, or particular cells for replacement of CCA's.
Assist SMT Line, Component Prep, Program cells, and Special Build with parts and material for replacement. Track inventory, work orders, production runs, quality and engineering changes through Solumina and SAP. Perform adequate research and workflow knowledge to ensure kits, discrepancies, and production runs are fulfilled and satisfied through processes, documented procedures, and work instructions.
