Brief Summary of Position:

Are you a seasoned automotive technician with a passion for precision and expertise? Andy's Automotive is seeking a Master Certified Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting advanced automotive repairs and diagnostics, ensuring vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. You will also have a chance to provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, helping to lead and train them in best practices and procedures

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Certification from a recognized automotive training program or technical school. (Preferred)

ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification as a Master Automobile Technician.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in automotive repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Mechanic.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.

Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces.

Daily Duties:

Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and suspension systems.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance services to ensure optimal performance and safety of vehicles.

Lead and supervise a team of mechanics, providing guidance, training, and feedback to enhance their skills and productivity.

Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and industry trends, attending training programs and workshops as required.

Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts usage to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.

Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in all repair and maintenance activities.

Oversee and maintain an organized and well-equipped workshop, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating repair needs, estimated costs, and timelines to clients.

Auto Body Center

Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
