Position expectations: Comply with general company policies and expectations in the areas of Attendance, Safety, Cleanliness, and Team Attitude 1) Maintain a pace of 15 per hour; know the status of your day 2) Preparing paperwork to build an order a)
Check the paperwork matches the carts 3) Build defect free cabinets a) Identify appropriate parts by eye sight b) Inspect product as pulling from cart, correct defective product c) Proper water & glue application d) Correct label in cabinet e) Cabinet defect free when leaving station 4) Prep station at end of day for start of next day (Start of day requires no prep, start building on start of work) 5) Always on time and do not miss scheduled work days 6) Functional in "Step Left and Step Right" 7) Functional in installer position
