Details Maryville Family Therapist MV-Family Life Svcs Clinic - E Full Time Status Day Shift Sign-On Bonus Available Pay: $63814.40 - $95721.60 / year Summary This position provides assessments and referrals for personal, trauma, grief, crisis counseling, case management, crisis assessment and intervention. Public speaking, marketing of services, organization, development and maintenance of product line are required. Develops referral services. Collaborates with medical staff and hospital. Consults and advocates for patient and family with hospital and other agencies. (Maryville specific summary) This position works under the supervision of the Director, Community Based Mental Health Services to provides clinical assessment, referral and/or counseling for mental health problems, and is employed by Mosaic Life Care. Duties Provide assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and follow-up to clients. Maintains and interprets documentation of clinical work and other statistically relevant data; meeting quality assurance standards. Provides assessment, counseling and/or referral services to patients at Mosaic Outpatient Behavioral Health. Provide computerized/written reports and/or clinical documentation for legal purposes and administrative accountability. Attend relevant and required meetings to provide consultation and gain needed information relevant to work. Available for clients in emergency situations. Other duties as assigned Qualifications All required education is a minimum requirement. Higher levels of education are acceptable. Master's Degree in Social Work, and must have LCSW license. LCSW - Licensed Medical Social Worker - State Licensure or LPC - Licensed Prof Counselor required, C.E.A.P./A.A.M.F.T. certified preferred. 3 years clinical experience required.
