As a Marketing Specialist, you will be integral to the success of our commercial real estate brokers by facilitating and coordinating a wide range of marketing and brokerage activities. Your role will involve executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing promotional materials, and ensuring the visibility and appeal of our property listings. You will collaborate alongside our brokerage team to understand their needs and objectives - providing the resources necessary to market our properties effectively.

What Your Day Looks Like


Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with a team of commercial real estate brokers to identify and address their marketing needs and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for various groups to coordinate the completion of property information packages and ensure the timely distribution of marketing materials.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Assist in the creation and customization of marketing materials such as property flyers, presentations, brochures, tour books, maps, and floor plans.
  • Coordinate property listings on multiple online platforms, maintaining their accuracy and ensuring high visibility.
  • Manage the production and distribution of promotional materials, signage, and advertisements for property listings.

Marketing Production

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing
  • Maintain and update the company's property database and CRM systems with precise property information.
  • Coordinate property photography, videography, and other visual projects ensuring high-quality materials for all marketing purposes
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for property tours, and client events.

Sales Support and Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support by preparing proposals, presentations, and communications material
  • Operate production room equipment, including large and small printers, to print, bind, and laminate brochures, flyers, and tour books.
  • Generate standard reports, assisting with the maintenance of various informational databases

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing or sales support role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong proficiency in design principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Experience in an administrative/project management role
  • Proactive personality to drive projects home in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of typical commercial real estate marketing practices
