Marketing Manager:

Lennar is seeking a Marketing Manager to be responsible for the creation and execution of the company's advertising and marketing strategy with a focus on advertising related media inclusive of traffic generation, collaterals, promotional events and public relations activities.


Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and implement a best-in-class division-wide and community-specific marketing strategy for all advertising campaigns, internet initiatives, direct mail campaigns and the development of marketing collateral.
  • Oversee individual communities to ensure consistency and compliance to the division's signage and collateral materials.
  • Create and manage non-digital advertising and promotional budgets.
  • Manage advertising agencies and ensure quality and on-time results within budget as well as approve collateral and ad releases.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for new community grand openings.
  • Ensure signage and media are complaint with Regional and Corporate standards.
  • Manage signage vendors for the creation of new collateral and ensure price, design and production times are acceptable to Division standards.
  • Support Area Sales Managers for community referral and Realtor events.
  • Manage requests and approvals as needed from corporate on public relations matters.
  • Facilitate the promotion of incentives, grand openings of new communities, close-out community pricing opportunities, special financing opportunities, etc. using non-digital platforms.
  • Ensure shared marketing calendar is up-to-date with current information and deadlines.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment of overall Division marketing initiatives.
  • Provide communication and regular updates to sales and leadership teams on the division's marketing strategy and execution.
  • Lead, coach, mentor and manage individuals and team to ensure top performance of all team members in achieving desired results while finding efficient and effective solutions that create overall organizational value.


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' marketing experience required, homebuilding experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record required
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and
  • interpersonal skills
  • Experience creating digital marketing strategy and strong familiarity of current social media platforms
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and effectively manage division and corporate public relations requests
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite programs - Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign

Contacts

Daily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants and homeowners. Regular contact with the general public. Frequent external contacts where matters discussed require resourcefulness, patience, clarity and tact.


Physical Requirements

Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Able to drive a vehicle.
