Marketing Manager
Pay Rate/Range: $32.00
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Duration: 2.5 months

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Work with partners to create impactful marketing campaigns that engage fans, raise visibility, and drive commercial results.

Project Management: Act as the marketing lead for specific projects and labels, developing overall marketing plans, budgets, and strategies, and executing them effectively.

Marketing Plans: Guide label partners in creating well-thought-out and creative marketing plans.

Project Budgeting: Collaborate with label partners to create smart marketing budgets focused on maximum visibility and return on investment.

Label Meetings: Attend label meetings as a sounding board and strategist, providing insights and guidance.

Weekly Updates: Create weekly updates highlighting growth areas and opportunities on priority releases, ensuring consistent communication with label partners.

Label/Artist Relations: Act as the first point of contact after a deal is signed, collaborating on marketing strategy and plan development to maximize timelines.

Digital Marketing Strategy: Work with the digital department to ensure partners create innovative campaigns utilizing social platforms and new technologies.

Data-Driven Analytics: Utilize data to inform marketing decisions and communicate meaningful insights to stakeholders.

Culture-Driven Focus: Stay immersed in music culture to understand artist relevance, conveying meaningful insights for account relations and artist/manager expectations.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in marketing within music genres.
Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies for music consumption.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of current and forthcoming technologies and market trends.
Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Knowledge of social media best practices and fan base building.
Strong music industry relationships and vision to collaborate with PR, promo, and online marketing teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.
