Join the vibrant team at a local architecture firm deeply rooted in Native American Architecture across the Southwest. We are seeking a driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our clients marketing efforts and elevate their brand presence.

Role: Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance our clients brand recognition. You'll work closely with leadership to showcase their unique architectural services.

Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager :

•   Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target markets.

•   Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email campaigns, and website management.

•   Create engaging content such as blog posts, case studies, and newsletters highlighting our projects and expertise.

•   Lead our social media strategy, leveraging platforms to showcase our portfolio and engage with our audience effectively.

•   Collaborate with architects and project teams to gather materials and insights for marketing collateral and proposals.

•   Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, or workshops to enhance client relationships and promote the firm.

•   Manage marketing budgets efficiently, tracking expenses and demonstrating ROI.

Qualifications for the Marketing Manager :

•   Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)

•   Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within architecture, design, or construction.

•   Self-motivated with the ability to drive marketing initiatives independently.

•   Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for design aesthetics.

•   Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.

•   Creativity, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.

•   Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design tools is advantageous.

Compensation for the Marketing Manager

•   Competitive salary based on experience, $55,000 - $65,000 annually (DOE)

•   This is a Direct Hire position.
