We are looking for a Director of Marketing with a strong background in brand development, positioning, and messaging. This role involves heavy emphasis on content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and promotional product development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales teams and customers, particularly in an industrial or technology setting , and will be responsible for overseeing marketing communications, product marketing, and digital marketing initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and oversee the implementation of effective marketing programs for assigned business solutions.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness through creative and comprehensive strategies.
  • Oversee marketing communications, including positioning, branding, advertising, articles, trade shows, seminar and event collateral materials, and website design and content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support existing business and new initiatives and product launches.
  • Lead the expansion of the digital marketing footprint, including paid and organic digital media, email marketing, blog and content marketing, lead generation, and management.
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities for the team, set performance expectations, define KPIs, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Provide strategic and technical leadership to the marketing team, ensuring successful project execution and achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing required; Master's preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience directing marketing activities, including communications, digital advertising, social media, ecommerce, tradeshow, brand development, and product launches in an industrial or technology setting and with industrial products.
  • Working knowledge of Marketo (or equivalent), Salesforce, Sprout, and Wrike.
  • Practical experience implementing marketing campaigns, measuring effectiveness, and reporting results.
  • Collaborative worker capable of driving go-to-market strategies across marketing functions.
  • Experience managing staff activities, schedules, workloads, providing career development, coaching, technical guidance, and performance management.
  • Ability to manage up to the Senior Executive team and effectively plan, execute, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example with a positive and encouraging presence in the office.
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Klayvio.
  • B2B marketing experience, particularly in industrial products such as hydraulics or motors .
  • Experience working with sales teams and customers in an industrial or technology setting.
