Summary:
Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation, the nation's largest manufacturer of metal roofing and building systems with 21 locations across America, has a unique opportunity to join our Corporate Office team as a Marketing Coordinator.
The Marketing Coordinator is a multifaceted position focused on providing support to internal and external customers by ensuring access to sales and marketing literature, samples, displays, presentations, logo apparel, and digital assets. This position is also responsible for reviewing all marketing materials for branding and accuracy and is the process expert for online and offline orders and fulfillment.

You'll be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Maintaining and updating existing literature including color charts, instillation guides, custom branch brochures, and online store
- Ensuring that the Metal Sales Brand is correct and consistent across all forms of print and digital media
- Ensuring that all marketing elements are delivered to customers, sales teams, and communication vehicles on time, on target, and on budget
- Processing additions and deletions requested by branches that are available on our online store, including data management, digital assets, and marketing copy
- Creating flexible marketing collateral function that customizes and delivers essential marketing elements with short lead times and consistent with Metal Sales quality standards
- Working closely with digital assets to confirm the reach of intended audiences and creating awareness, preferences, and intent
- Partnering with sales teams to coordinate collateral material, website, and tradeshows
- Ensuring Metal Sales teams have all the marketing tools necessary to do their jobs efficiently
The most qualified candidates will have:
- High level of computer knowledge and aptitude to learn new software systems
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required
- Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP is highly desired
- Roofing, specifically metal, construction and/or manufacturing knowledge is a plus
- Must be detail oriented and able multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required (2 year or 4 year degree preferred)
