TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Remote with regional travel

SHIFT: Day Shift, M-F
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our construction services to potential clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Create and curate content for digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, brochures, and presentations
- Manage and maintain the company's website and social media accounts
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly
- Assist with providing construction quotes to prospective clients
- Travel to various sites to participate in meetings with prospective clients and assist in creating construction designs for their projects
After training, you will be responsible for developing client designs
QUALIFICATIONS - At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing and/or operations, preferably in the construction industry
- A college degree is ideal but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website content management systems
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Prior experience working in a client-facing position
- Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus
- Experience with design software, such as AutoCAD, is a plus
