Job Details

The Marketing Coordinator role is that of an assistant project manager and is responsible for supporting the
Marketing Department to ensure communications, projects and initiatives are completed on time and under
budget. This position collaborates with team members to support the brand awareness and requires a
self-motivated individual who excels at organization, project administration, relationship building in a
team-oriented environment in coordination with leadership.

What you will be doing:
Work closely with department members to support marketing needs, goals and outcomes
Execute tasks to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with other team members on identifying, planning, and managing key deliverables,
activities, budgets and deadlines for individual events.
Work with the graphic design team to help deliver content that meets client specifications.
Prepare letters and emails to clients in response to questions or to provide clarification on an
ongoing project.
Work with the marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of
projects and tasks.
Oversee and track sponsorship documents and reporting.
Track and update spreadsheets for Social Media / PR Quarterly reviews.
Track, update spreadsheets and provide feedback on social media posts for events.
Partner and support sales and marketing departments on project follow through and
communications.

Skills you should have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field, or three to five
years related experience or any combination of education and experience (Required).
Must have 2-3 years of experience in project or account management (Required).
Ability to understand, apply and use laptop computers and software applications including
advanced skills in Asana, Google sheets, Keynote, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, and
