Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Chief of Staff for a Contractor opportunity in San Jose.

Work closely with the CEO or another high-level executive to help manage their workload, priorities, and initiatives.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Chief of Staff role, with a proven track record of success.

Experience working in a similar industry or with similar organizational challenges can be highly beneficial.

Prior experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational execution

Skills:

Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.

Strategic thinking and an ability to see the big picture.

The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced project management skills.

Proficiency with business software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar, and potentially project management tools.

Keeps abreast of external/industry best practices and brings back learnings to the team.

Able to build rapport via virtual channels and comfortable with video and cloud tools.

Duties:

Acting as an adviser to the CEO or executive, providing strategic insights and analysis.

Assisting with the prioritization of company initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Leading special projects and overseeing strategic initiatives from development through successful execution.

Facilitating communication between staff, management, and other stakeholders.

Managing the executive's schedule and ensuring they are prepared for meetings, events, and other obligations.

Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.

Serving as a liaison to senior management teams; organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts.

Other Requirements:
