The Work:
- Understand the foundations of F2F marketing and how that aids NGOs
- Lean the foundations of content creation
- Master the basics of pop-up set up and time management
- Re-train peers in marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship.

- Phase 2: learn the basics of mentorship and peer-to-peer development;
- Phase 3: learn the basics of business management (HR, PR, finances).
